A mid week show today at the Norfolk show. It was a good entry and a fab day for the Cassapple team. Dorrit was 2nd followed by Hattie 3rd in their class and then Casper beat his mum, he won open with Polly 2nd and then he was judged BOB. another day with lovely weather and lots of chat.

Just a short hop to Maidstone today with the girls for Whitstable open show. Only 4 of us there so Hattie got 1st in her class and Polly 2nd in hers. It was a nice day with lots of chat and laughs.

Today we went to Newmarket show near Ely which was outside and such a shame after a week of beautiful weather it was very damp today, however we enjoyed ourselves and both girls came second in their respective classes with Polly getting RBOB.

We have had a fantastic day today and all on our doorstep. the Girls and I went to SWECA open show where Hattie won PG and Polly won Open. Hattie was then awarded BOB and Polly RBOB. we then went in the Gundog group which Hattie won. I was so pleased as its the 1st Group 1 placing we've had. Hattie then showed her socks off in the Best In Show ring but no luck. The icing on the cake was it only took us 20mins to get home.

At last we managed to get to a show, after a very quiet month. Both girls have finished their seasons and are ready to show. We left at a very silly time for the 2 hour journey to Newbury which was lucky as it took us 4 hours. It was a very good day for the Cassapple clan, Hattie was 3rd in post graduate which means she has qualified for Crufts next year at the first attempt, Polly was 5th in Open which pleased me no end. Oliver (Cassapple Kentucky Dream with Meltarose) won Minor puppy and Casper (Meadowdale Cassaple Manhattan was 2nd in Graduate. All of which made the dreadful journeys worthwhile.

Today we made the long journey to Wales for the ESS ofWales championship show. I only showed Polly as Hattie is still in season. It was a very good day, Polly was 5th in open and 1st in Special Beginners. the icing on the cake was seeing Casper, Polly's son getting the reserve challenge certificate behind his father.

The girls and I went to Ardingley for Tunbridge Wells open show, to support our friend Lesley McCourt who was judging. It was very cold but nice to get back out in the ring again. Hattie was 3rd in Post Grad and Polly 2nd in open.
